MTI’s Electrician Training Overview
Get the training you need to become an electrician! MTI’s Industrial, Commercial & Residential (I/C/R) Electrician Program uses hands-on training to teach you how to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
Electrician training at MTI will teach you the following:

- Meters, Lighting & Blueprints
- Load Calculations
- Motors & Electrical Controls
- Field & Shop Safety

MTI’s Electrician Program
MTI’s electrical program will prepare you for entry-level employment as an electrician, electricians helper or electrical apprentice!
- 7-month program – finish your electrician training in less than a year!
- Daytime class – Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Job placement assistance – all qualified graduates receive job placement assistance!
